Shaun is Counsel in Bird & Bird ATMD LLP’s dispute resolution group. He is dual-qualified in Singapore and UK (England & Wales). He is an CIArb Fellow and sits on the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration’s (KLRCA) Panel for Arbitrators and for Domain Name Dispute Resolution. Siva has been in practice for more than 25 years. He is an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a registered Singapore Patent Agent and SCOPE IP Consultant. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K.). He has been appointed by the Chief Justice of Singapore to sit on a panel that conducts investigations into disciplinary matters relating to lawyers. His practice specialty is corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on private wealth structuring and business succession.
